Alicia Weiderman, Director

With over 25 years experience in Government related roles, Alicia has been responsible for the development and implementation of various program and policies, managed national consultation processes and engaged widely with communities, industry groups and employers.

Working in Australia and the United Kingdom, she has a track record of delivering results in complex environments.  Alicia is passionate about creating opportunities for Indigenous Australians, and supporting women in leadership roles.

Frank Trainor, Senior Consultant

With a strong focus in working in information technology and program management within Government, Frank has over twenty years experience in a range of roles, both in Government and the private sector.

Frank is experienced in working in policy influenced government environments. He has experience in gathering, understanding and analysing complex information.  With his strong communication skills, Frank is able to engage with stakeholders from a range of backgrounds, and can communicate ideas and requirements to a variety of audiences.
