Alicia Weiderman, Director

With over 15 years experience in Government related roles, Alicia has been responsible for the development and implementation of various program and policies, managed national consultation processes and engaged widely with communities, industry groups and employers.

Working in Australia and the United Kingdom, she has a track record of delivering results in complex environments.  Alicia is passionate about creating opportunities for Indigenous Australians, and supporting women in leadership roles.

 

Frank Trainor, Senior Consultant

With a strong focus in working in information technology and program management within Government, Frank has over twenty years experience in a range of roles, both in Government and the private sector.

Frank is experienced in working in policy influenced government environments. He has experience in gathering, understanding and analysing complex information.  With his strong communication skills, Frank is able to engage with stakeholders from a range of backgrounds, and can communicate ideas and requirements to a variety of audiences.

 

Emma Hartnett, Senior Consultant

Emma is an experienced professional who has worked across both the State and Commonwealth levels of Government in Australia, and in financial services regulation in the United Kingdom   Emma has considerable experience in strategic policy, stakeholder and project management, regulation and procurement.  She brings post graduate qualifications in public policy, along with experience in the operational procedures required to be effective when working with Government, and with service providers.

Joe Leggett, Senior Consultant

Joe Leggett has over 34 years’ experience working the social services sector, both in Government and outside.  He has worked across Australia, including in regional Queensland (Rockhampton), and in the Northern Territory. Joe has a strong understanding of the employment services environment which he brings to his work.

With a focus on education and employment, Joe has held management leadership roles in policy development, including in Indigenous program delivery and industry support. 

 

Linda Cadioli

Linda’s 25 years’ experience within the Australian Public Service (APS) incorporated a range of program, human resource, governance and strategic roles at Executive Levels. 

Her program expertise within the Government centres around employment services; including those specifically catering for mature aged workers, people with disabilities, and those in remote communities. 

Linda maintains a broad and effective network of colleagues within multiple Government levels, businesses and community, and can facilitate cooperative and integrated results.  Linda is a natural communicator and successfully engages with community and stakeholders to negotiate sound outcomes on a local level.
